Colfax Chamber will soon be accepting applications for its sixth annual Autumn Harvest Hullabaloo Arts & Antique Fair to be held October 5 & 6, 2012. This is a juried event.
With the success of this event growing each year, we will be opening the show Friday afternoon from 3:00pm until 7:00pm, and Saturday it will open from 9:00am until 5:00pm.
Vendors are required to remain set up until the show ends on Saturday - No Exceptions.
Craft Vendors this year will be in the 1st Baptist Church, Commercial Vendors in the Hamilton Building next to the Library. Vendor reservations for this event are on a first come, first served basis. There will be plenty of indoor space available. Outdoor space will be placed in the heart of downtown Colfax. All participants must provide tents, covers, tables and/or any items needed to accommodate their wares for all sites.
Dealers of antiques, fine arts, and crafts will be accepted by the jury committee for consideration.
Applications must be postmarked no later than August 15, 2012 to receive the rates listed. Any received after that date will have an additional $15.00 fee applied.
NEW Vendor applications must include (without exception) a photo of the types of goods to be sold, the completed application form and the entire fee for vendor space requested.
Returning vendors need not send pictures unless you are bringing additional items from before.
Refunds will be given for the following reasons only:
Jury does not select type of goods to be sold
A 45 day advance notice by vendor of cancellation (100% of site fee)
A 30 day advance notice by vendor of cancellation (50% of site fee)
Exhibitors agree to abide by and conform to all the rules and regulations adopted by the Colfax Chamber of Commerce and to comply with all the laws, ordinances and regulations imposed by the City of Colfax, Whitman County and the State of Washington, applicable to all activities of involvement. Defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the City of Colfax and any representative thereof from any and all loss, cost or expense, including attorney’s fees, incurred or arising out of any incident occurring as a result of involvement in the Autumn Harvest Hullabaloo.
